Nothing but problems with syncing and notifications

I can not possibly recommend the Versa.  I have nothing but problems each time I enter a new wifi.  Watch won't connect, won't sync, won't receive notifications.  I have had this since late September 2018 and have had to delete the device from the app, delete the app, shut down Versa at least 4-5 times.  So very frustrating.  Each time it takes at least 30 minutes.  It is currently working but I anticipate having to do this all over again in a few weeks, if not sooner.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I have problems too...I had it with the Fitbit charge 2 and now with the versa.  I have a  Huawei Mate 9 which is a supported device.  My notifications work temporarily and then they stop...I keep getting the message to restart my phone to get notifications to work.  If I click on the notifications on the app, it said notification service not running and a phone restart is necessary, then it will work temporarily again without a phone restart.

I gave this to my wife in April & it still won’t sync. She is frustrated & Im disgusted. We’ve had three different products from Fitbit. This is the worst time we’ve had with the product. We are looking for a new product.
