error 500

I set up my daughters versa on xmas day and all went well until I realised she was getting my messages. I deleted to create a new account in her name and did a factory reset on the watch. Reinstalled the app, restarted my phone etc. I have successfully created her account,but when I enter the 4 digit security code, the Error 500 message comes up. 

Ive tried all the solutions listed on previous threads, but nothing seems to  work. Im still waiting for my previous account to be deleted.

Thank you! So far so good. It has at least found the watcH.  It's having trouble pairing but there's a far bit of Bluetooth interference in the car.

ill sort it out at home and let you know if it works fully.
