Nothing working

LED light not working. Heart rate and active steps not tracking. Battery draining fast and face on versa dim. Have reset it a million times!!!!

Hi @Nellz1   Try a Factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). P,ease come back hereif it is still not working correctly

My versa is not turning on(black/blank screen), but the hr lights are blinking.  Its barely 2months I started using it. HELP!!!!!!!!

@JustMoi Let's try to restart your Versa. That should help in getting it all to work correctly and for the display to turn on.
