Hello,
Im using Versa and Oppo F3 plus (Philippines). Notification not working, this happened before but I was able to make it work by resetting my watch and app because the information I found here are not working. After charging my watch today the issue from receiving notification returned. Is there any other way we can check the root cause of this notification issue? It seems this has been the issue for all androind users.
I have also checked my phone and its not included on phone compatible list and I bought my versa in US and it's sill covered by 1yr warranty.

Hi, normally notifications are not a problem at all with the Versa and users with an Android phone. In your case, this might be the result of your device not being supported by Fitbit an this moment. Sometimes it works and mostly it does not. See this article about Notifications.
