I've restarted/rebooted my Versa 2x. It will not charge. Last month I thought it was broken for a week until finally the dock allowed it to recharge. Now it will not connect to the charger again. Had anyone else had this issue?
Hi, either your Charger is faulty or the battery of your Versa is the problem. Do you have the possibility to borrow another charger form somebody? If not, contact Customer Support.
