On my versa 2 the notifications just doesnt want to work i have tried everything but it still doesnt want to work it keeps saying a restart should be done for it to work ive restarted my phone disabled and reinabled the notifications but still nothing please help!

Hi

Just has the same problem with an iPhone X and versa 2.

 

Resolved the problem by going to notifications, messages, scroll to the bottom select show previews. Make sure your phone is set to when unlocked  or always.

 

Make sure it’s not on never.

 

Notifications should then start coming through.
