Notification not syncing from phone to versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've tried everything. Uninstalling, unpairing, and resetting everything. It told me that my phone (Android, OnePlus) needs to be restarted for notification to work...and I tried and nothing. It was working weeks ago and all of a sudden it stopped. If turned on and off my notifications on my phone and my versa...nothing. help

Hi @Mcamyr  I checked the Supported Devices List and there are only two One Plus phones that are supported (One and 6). Which phone model do you have? If your phone is not one of these two then probably the sudden change from notifications working to not working is due to an update to either you phone or your tracker.

In any case, whether it is Supported or not, all you can do is go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Notification Troubleshooting. The difference is, if your phone is supported  you should be able to get it working again, but if it is not a supported one then you may or may not get it working.

It's the new app.

I have two devices on three unsupported phones.

It just means they haven't tested them.

They are either compatibility with Android and Bluetooth or they are not.

Anyway all stopped working and give the "restart required" message.

If you test it calls and test message still work.

Deleting the device works for a short while.

All mine worked fine. Before the new app update.

So I guess I just have to wait for it to be compatible again? Thank you for
telling me 🙂

I have an Apple Xr and am experiencing the same issue. Calls will sync, but no other notifications will sync. I’ve gone through every tutorial I can find on how to fix this, but it’s not working. I only started experiencing these issues after the new dashboard downloaded. Super frustrating.

Even I am same issue and followed trouble soot steps also.

May be I have to wait for my device compatibility.

I’ve decided that the Fitbit app is not compatible with iOS 13. Until such time, my digital fitness device is subsequently nothing more than a digital device that tells time and reminds me to keep up with my steps. (:

Time to keep up with the software peeps... some of us are running the beta and our bracelets are nothing more than electronic time pieces. (;

Oops, I forgot to mention I’ve reported this to Apple at least five or six times since June and also since I’ve been complaining about the issues I’ve been experiencing.  Seems like you all would have possibly considered you might have beta users in the group and considered upping the game to improve quality control as the iOS rolls out next month....
