Notification option hasn't updated

Notification always has a red dot and hasn’t updated since May? Can anyone explain how to fix this?

I agree with our friend here, could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing, is it with the watch or Fitbit app? If you can, provide me with a screenshot by following the instructions provide in this post.

I have the problem with the red dot too. It is on the Fitbit app and refuses to go away. Can't figure how to send a screenshot. Bottom of the app is a line with dashboard, challenges etc. At the end is notifications with a red dot partly over it.

My notifications were working other than the red dot always was on. I finally got rid of it by uninstalling the app from my phone and reinstalling it. You wont lose any of your previous data. Hope it helps!
