Hi,
I have troubles receiving my notifications on my versa after the latest update (was working fine before). I have noticed that this happens everytime after an update! Meanwhile I have tried every trick in the book.. deleting and reinstalling the app, re-setting my phone (oneplus 6), re-setting my versa, logging out,... and all in various combinations. Can anyone please help me solve this problem? If it keeps on happening after every new update, I'm thinking about leaving Fitbit, which I would rather not do, because I very much like the app, but I'm getting kind of tired of having to reset everything after an update...

Hi, maybe a stupid question: did you after the update enable the notifications on your Versa? Press and hold the left button for about 2 secs and the activity screen pops up. When not enabled, press on it and it will be enabled. Thereafter go to the settings of the Versa, scroll down to notifications, press it and see if they are on, if not enable them. You can choose to only receive them during daytime or during day- and nighttime.

Yes, notifications are enabled on my device. Everything is synced constantly, so it should be working fine, but no luck...

Yes, I have tried every solution Fitbit offers, but still nothing. I have a OnePlus 6, which may cause some problems, but it worked just fine before. I just notice the same problem occurs everytime after an update! I really would like a good solution for this problem, because this is one of the reasons I have bought the Versa. Yet, if it doesn't work as it should, I should look at returning it, because there is no reason keeping it then.

I find after updating the app I spend an hour or two having to try and reconnect the device to the app. It can’t find it, won’t pair, keeps trying to sync to no avail. I’m getting quite annoyed to tell you the truth. Plus I have it set on all day sync and find that it can go days without syncing
