I purchased a Versa direct from Fitbit online and 5 months later the screen cracked, I got off the treadmill checked my info and noticed it cracked. I contacted Fitbit to see if there is a way to repair it and they told me no. The only thing they could offer me was 25% of a new one or 40% off one of the more expensive devices. I’ve purchased FITBIT’s for my family this Christmas (also direct from Fitbit online) so we can do challenges.
Pretty disappointed they don’t offer a repair, which I would have paid for. Perhaps there was a defect in the screen but I’m still completely out of luck. Sad way to treat a pretty loyal customer. Guess I should have gotten an Apple Watch instead

@DC1981 I'm really sorry to hear that. ☹️ Perhaps you could reach out again and try to escalate? I'm afraid though, the warranty does not cover mechanical damages however they occured. ☹️

@DC1981 I really feel you. The only thing I can really advise is browsing this forum if someone had similar issue and received a replacement. Perhaps you could follow their route. Perhaps they could advise what they did. Good luck.
