I am getting notified on my phone every time my versa syncs ( which is all day!) and I believe it is draining my battery some. Not sure where to even address this as I have not seen an option to turn this on or off anywhere in notifications. It is showing up on my LG stylo 3 on the top with other notifications ( emails, etc) and when I swipe down to see it it won't allow me to delete it. thoughts?

Hi, if you mean that notifications will not clear on your Versa, you can delete them by restarting your Versa multiple tiems in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower key buttons together untill you see the FitBit Logo and release the keys. See also message 4 of this topic.

Thank you for your response. However I wasn't clear, it is a notification I am receiving on my phone not on my versa. I assume it is coming from the app, however I don't see where I can turn the notification ( which I didn't know it was an option to turn on a notification that your fitbit syncs) off. I get notifications normally like if I met my step goal etc, this is an additional one I have received only since using the versa.

Sorry that I misunderstood you. If this is about notifications on your phone, in the dashboard of your Fitbit app press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side. You will see the page with the Clock Faces and Apps tiles. Scroll down to notifications and press it. Disable the one you do not want to receive anymore and restart your phone. If that does not work, do the following:

1. close the Fitbit app on your phone

2, Deinstall the Fitbit app

3. Restart your phone

4. Reinstall the Fitbit app

See if that solves this nasty problem. Good luck!!
