 The notification service keeps crashing and won't restart without restarting the phone. I have an opportunity r9s and the same thing happened on my Samsung and find 7

According to the supported devices site of Fitbit, your oppop9s is not supported by Fitbit. See: https://www.fitbit.com/devices.
