Just started using Versa today.  One Gmail notification won't clear.  I've tried all clear, clear, and right swipe.  All the other Gmail notifications clear correctly.

Thats a bit odd. Try restarting your Versa a couple of times and also clear your phones cache as that sometimes does weird things with notifications if it needs clearing.

Something similar happens to me on my Versa, although it isn't always the same app's notification that won't clear. It happens about once a day. Right now restarting the watch every day doesn't seem like a good solution to me.

I updated but i want the older fitbit version back is that possible? I dont like the fact that when i get a notification that my screen wakes up. I get like 20 notifications an hour and first of all it drains by battery and the second thing is that i work in a store and customers can read my messages! 😞 how can i downgrade? I want my Versa to only vibrate when getting a message.

You can limit which apps send you notifications to only certain ones. In the Fitbit app, to Versa/ General/ Notifications. Select App notifications. From there you can select which apps you want notifications from on your phone.  Hope that helps in the interim!

After I restarted the watch and reset all the notifications, everything
worked fine.

I keep getting this all the time now.  A few email notification on my versa won't clear.  If I delete I get em error that it's already deleted but it never removed from by watch.  Only solution is to restart watch but now I'm having to do that several times a day.  Very frustrating.
