Notifications & Sleep STILL not working consistently

I've done all troubleshooting imaginable, chatted with Fitbit support, who then opened a ticket but my notifications still don't work consistently (60% of the time?)

 

Occasionally it can't read any heart-rate, and the sleep app won't register for an entire night.

I sooo wanted to love this watch, I waited for it's release thinking it would be amazing.  But, it's been so glitchy I don't even know what to do, plus I've had a "problem record" open for over 6 days with zero response to the  initial notification issue.

What's next return it??

Find out about the return policy from where you bought it. I’m waiting about two more weeks until I return mine if the HR tracking and sleep stages aren’t rectified
