Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I have stopped receiving all notifications and calls on my versa2 from my Samsung 10+ can anyone help please.

Hi there, @anneis. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has stopped receiving notifications. Thanks for the details provided, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 2 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Omg thank you I just got a new iPhone for the first time from android and it would not set up so that I can receive notifications messages and calls on my Fitbit and you totally just fixed my problem lol I feel like such a dumb dumb!!! 🤣🤯😱🥰
