Notifications dont work properly

Just purchased fitbit versa lite edition 4 days back, notifications are not working properly,After every 3-4 hrs it shows msg- Notification is not running, phone restart is required, even after the phone is kept nearby the watch and no other device is connected. After phone restart it again starts working. As per your blogs i have latest fitbit version and all the setting active. So many people are facing this problem.kindy dont give the troubleshooting steps..all done by me. Tell can be done to this

Hello @Abhisheksa go to the phone settings. 

Apps, fitbit, battery, disable battery optimization. 

Also choose allow to run in background.
