I have had this Versa for 4 days now, and when I first set it up, I was receiving all notifications and had no problems syncing. Now I am unable to receive notifications and have found out that I must have the Versa in the charging station to have it sync properly. I have spent at least 4 hours today trying to fix this issue and have been unable to. I have reset, unpaired and everything else this forum has suggested and it still doesn't work. I am so unhappy with this product. I have been a Fitbit user for years and have never had these issues. This is very frustrating. What good is a tracker if it doesn't sync when near my phone like My Alta HR, and why can't I get the notifications to work properly? Can someone please help?!!? If I can't get this issue resolved, it will be returned. This is awful

@Pheen It should work with that phone! Have you tried a Factory reset? (Settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix things then Id suggest you contact Support (link in my signature )
