I have notifications that I cannot delete from my versa. I can open them and when I scroll down to the "Archive, Open, Clear" option and select open, it says that "Action Failed This notification has expired and is no longer valid". Or, if I choose clear, it just takes me back to the list of messages. Also, if I select the Clear All at the top of the 10 notifications, nothing happens. I have deleted the notification on my phone (from emails from pinterest) but I cannot get rid of the 10 notifications! What am I doing wrong?

@MonicaStoilov This is a common problem. Some notifications get stuck in Fitbit mobile app notification channel after you already cleared them from your phone's Notification Centre. It means that any action you will try to perform on those notifications on your Versa will link back to something that does not exist on your phone anymore. Reboot your phone, reboot your Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes), and sync.

I have tried resetting my phone, resetting my fitbit, turning notifications off and resyncing then turning notifications back on. I have tried everything I could find online and this issue has not be resolved

I got a ne iPhone that I want to pair it with. I deleted the app, forgot the device, reinstalled everything multiple time while resetting the phone and I can’t get the notifications sent to my charge 2. I had problems with my old phone and would need to reset everything on occasion to get my notifications but it won’t work with this phone. This is a known and long time problem with Fitbit, they really need to figure this out or just get out of the business. Notifications are a huge part of the allure for this product.

@Mamabear2019 Please take a look at my post here. It's about Versa but the same will apply in your case. Make sure the notifications are enabled as shown. Also toggle them OFF/ON with a sync in-between.

@Mamabear2019 Just to make sure Background refresh is ON for Fitbit app and the Location Services are set to Always? If yes, toggle them with a reboot of your phone in-between.

I bought a fitbit versa lite 1 week ago and lately I've been thinking of returning it because I don't use it as much as I thought I would, until my friend told me I can even SEND messages from it too. I downloaded the app and there it was: quick replies. I set up the notifications for all apps, and setup quick replies for messages on instgram and hangouts. But when I get the messages on my watch, the options that appear are to clear it, or open it on my phone. Can someone please help me fix this, I was really looking forward to sending messages on it.

Yes this works on my Sense also. But I have to do it several times a day. That is, IF and when the watch feels like receiving a notification at all. It’s pretty hit or miss. And rarely EVER vibrates if I DO get a notification. I’ve read countless posts on the ongoing various Fitbit notification issues, and tried virtually every trick to resolve them. Sometimes it works…most times not. And when it DOES work, it doesn’t work for long. Then I get to jump through all those hoops all over again. NOT cool. Also, NOT FUN.
