Hi All
I have recently bought the Fitbit versa but my notifications aren't coming on my device. On the app it says restart the phone which I did but still the issue isn't resolved. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall still the problem persists. Pls help

When the resolution is expected.
I am also facing the similar issue where in the app it shows to "A phone restart is required......."
I restarted my phone several time already but it's not working

Hi,
I am having the same issue. Been reading a lots in other community where asked us to restart the Versa, restart the phone, reinstall fitbits apps.... All failed and finally I got the honest answer here. However, that's not enough. No commitment on the issue to be resolve. I am not sure about others but I spend the money to buy fitbits over others is actually having lots of confidence with fitbits. This time really disappointed as the notification functions are one of the key point to decide in buying fitbits as well.
What can I do with the fitbits now if this issue is still outstanding? Can I bring back to fitbits Malaysia and ask for refund?

I am having the same problem and i can see rhe messages vut it will not alow the phine calls to show up and does not vibrate i have check all the setting uninstalled and reunstalled and still nothing i like the versa cuz i can see whos calling qhile im t qork since i have young kids that way if the school calls anything being done its so frustrating. Please help i have done all the trouble shooting that there is

Any update, when this issue will going to be resolved...
Tried every alternate solution but still notifications are not working.
Did the factory reset as advised in another email by your team but no luck..
Very frustrating...
