Notifications not displaying just vibrating-Versa

Does anyone know how to make notifications display insteading of just vibrating, then having to wake up the display, pull down to read. Just need to glance down at my wrist when a notification happens.

Do you have the screen wake set to "Auto"?

Where is the setting at?

Press and hold the button on the left side of the watch for two seconds, until the menu appears. Swipe all the way to the right, where you should see two settings, "Screen Wake" and "Notifications." Make sure "Screen Wake" is set to "Auto."

There is no way to make notifications wake the screen when they arrive  A big miss on fitbits part imo. Vote for the feature here.
