Notifications not working on Samsung S8

Hi, my call and text notifications have stopped working with my Samsung S8. I've tried several things such as restarting my phone and tracker, disabling notifications/permissions on the phone and tracker and restarting, taking other devices off my bluetooth - all to no avail. Are there any other suggestions please? This has been over a month now. Thanks.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having brought this to our attention. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to gather some information from you so we can check this further:

 

  • OS version running on your phone
  • App version installed (go to Account > Help to get it)
  • Versa version ( go to Account > Versa to get it)

Hi, 

I am on Android version 9. 

App version says 32.33.1.30

Versa version says 2.93. 

I hope this is all correct. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my watch but still no joy!
