I have done everything the internet and fitbit app told me to but the red message is still there and the notifications still dont work i have tried restarting my phone and my watch and nothing works im on android and the notifications used to work but now they dont, could someone help out?

Hi @KajusM - often overlooked is Quick Settings.
Long press the button (or pull down on the watch face once and then again and tap on the 2 white bars) to get to Quick Settings and make sure that neither sleep nor do not disturb are on.
Also if you uninstalled the app remember to be setup notifications again.
