Notifications not working until Bluetooth gets reset.

I’ve had my versa for a week now. Everyday when my “Do Not Disturb” on my iPhone turns off my versa still does not receive notifications until I reset the Bluetooth on my phone or device. It’s getting pretty annoying. Is there a reason my notifications don’t work every day until I reset Bluetooth settings?

Hello @Dildanie thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, in order to prevent this from happening, I would like to suggest you to reset Notifications on your phone.

To reset Notifications:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device.
    1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find your Fitbit device in the list.
    2. Find an option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes, happy stepping!

@MarcoGFitbit So I’ve done that, and it works.... for the day. Then the next morning I have to do either reset Bluetooth or notifications. Both solve the issue.... for the day.

Hello @Dildanie I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.

Thanks for coming back and let us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps provided earlier. At this moment, I would like to gather some information from you so we can check this further:

  1. iPhone model you're using.
  2. OS version running on your phone.
  3. App version installed in your phone (go to Account > Help to get it)

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

I’ve had my Versa for 2 weeks now and I have to re pair my Bluetooth everyday to receive notifications, I don’t use do not disturb either, any advice on how to fix please?

I have an iPhone 8, Versa Lite and iOS 13.3 and the same thing, when I put my phone on Do not disturb while sleeping, the notifications stop on the watch after shutting the do not disturb off.  'd rather not have to re-pair everyday.

Hello!!!!

So, was hoping with the new update, this bug would be fixed but it's not.  I have to reset my Fitbit every morning if I use Do Not Disturb on my phone or the same on my  versa lite.  So disappointing
