I couldn't find a topic for that so this was the closest...
For some reason, starting today, I stop getting notifications and I checked my settings, and even talked to a Fitbit Agent but I asked him too many questions and didn't want to have him keep answering them, I feel bad. It's still broken and I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact I turned off email because when I turned them off, I stopped getting them on here. But they shouldn't interfere... Any suggestions? I'm out of them.

Welcome to the Forums @sarah_lin8! Thanks for sharing your experience with Versa. So good to hear that everything is solved and that you are back on track.
If this happens again and your watch is not behaving as expected, please restart it. Also, you can always take a look at our help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone to find some tips and tricks to fix your notifications.
I hope this helps, keep up the supper stepping!

I know it's a year late, but I just got this issue today and found this thread... I literally did everything on this post 4 times and nothing worked. Then I remembered my son was playing with my Fitbit while watching the standly cup playoffs and he held the home button in and started hitting the screen a million times (he is 10 mths lol) anywho I just pushed in the home button on the versa and bam "notifications off" just turn it on and wham everything started poppin. Hope this helps for next time.

OMG Thank you! Mine hasn't been working for weeks after switching my watch band. I guess I accidentally turned off the notifications.

A few months ago my Versa stopped receiving almost all notifications from my Samsung Galaxy S7, and I tried every 'solution' posted online that I could find, with no luck. A couple of days ago my phone loaded a security update (Samsung System Update 30) and suddenly ALL of my notifications are working again. Obviously this is not the only reason that notifications might fail on Fitbit devices, but I'm posting it to add one more thing to check - sometimes phone system updates appear to affect whether or not you receive notifications.
