I received my FitBit Versa as an early Christmas present and for the two days I’ve had it, have been on the phone with Support four different times, and have been troubleshooting for hours.
I receive notifications for calls,
apps, and that’s it. No calendar, no email (no option to even toggle these on the FotBit app!), and not text messages. I’m SO frustrated because the watch is only half working!
I have an iPhone 8 Plus and a FitBit Versa. I’ve tried restarting everything, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, all options I’ve seen in these forums I’ve tried.
Im not sure why email doesn’t show in my options for notifications (I receive many emails and use the standard iOS email app) and no texts are coming through to my Versa.
Can anyone please help? Thank you!!

I have even tried factory resetting the Versa twice and starting over, but still nothing.
