I received the Versa for Christmas. I have been unable to sync music/pandora. The watch says it is "updating - can play music when sync is done" but once done - it still says no stations. I have turned bluetooth on/off, wifi on/off, factory reset, tried from desktop computer (yes Windows 10), Iphone SE, Iphone X and a laptop with compatible windows and a Mac book. All of reach have done nothing. It has been in the charger every time and fully charged. This is very frustrating and I am on the verge of it going back, along with my daughters fitbit that she also got for Christmas.

Yes, I have a paid account. I also tried the deezer app ( set up a paid account) - and it will not sync either. Says it is downloading and then nothing. Thank you for the links.

@JDx3A you need a good strong wifi and all involved devices need to be near the router. Try turning Bluetooth off.
