I have set up notifications on my versa to show texts, calls and WhatsApp messages. My versa only alerts me to calls. How can I get the notifications to actually come through to my versa? Thanks

Samsung note 9.
The first days it was working about one week suddenly it stopped.

I have a moto g6 android and I can't link calls texts ect nothing to my versa from phone.
