Notifications sync

I can't receive notifications on my Fitbit Versa. I bought this watch a few days ago and it was working fine until the Fitbit app told me to restart my phone to receive notifications, I did this and it started working fine again. 10 min later, same thing happened, so, I do it again, and it's fine. But it's happening again. I paid for a watch that can do it all, not a watch that can't. Please tell me how to fix this, it's really frustrating me.

It sounds more likely a phone incompatability problem. What phone are you using?

Oppo R9s+. It's on Android 6 so it should work.

Well it is not on the Supported Devices List and I suspect that is why you are having problems with Notifications. Often with unsupported phones most things work, but notifications seems to be a feature that struggles when the phone isnt quite compatable. All you can donreally is try all the troubleshoots in THIS Help Article. I hope you can get it to work.
