I want to shut this option off and the gear does not pull up that option. Why isn't this easy?

Open the fitbit app on your phone and follow these steps. 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image> your device image. 
  2. Scroll down to and tap Reminders to move.
  3. Switch the toggle to off.
