I had been receiving phone and txts notifications on my New Versa and it just stopped. My notifications are all turned on. I read other suggestions but I’m not seeing message+. I’m also tech challenged. Any suggestions

Hi, @Harleymama, without knowing what phone you are using it is difficult to help futher.
If you are using an Android phone, please go to your Fitbit app ans click on the Versa icon. On the next screen choose notifications and then on the top right you will see 3 little dots. Click on that and choose send test call notification. If that does not work first time, please try it a secind time. That should get you back re cinnected.
If you have a different phone operating system pleas post again with more details. Someone is always here to help.

A couple of suggestions:
• Press and hold the left button on Versa; make sure Notifications is set to ON. (There are additional settings within the app, but sometimes this one gets overlooked. I have accidentally hit it and turned mine off while changing the screen wake setting.
• Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and wait for a minute or so. Turn it back on and sync with the Versa. (I find that sometimes the Bluetooth connection gets wonky and resetting it this way often fixes the problem. Yes it's a pain, but I find that I've had to do it less often lately.)
