I get notifications but can't open them.  When I click on open they disappear.  I have restarted my phone and watch a million times.  I have deleted and reinstalled the app and my fitbit.  I have googled and youtubed.  I don't know what else to do.  My phone is literally next to me.  It is an android running 8.0.  I'm at my end!

Hi @JenniferV0618  what phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List
