ONGOING Syncing Issues Versa 3

Every other day, my phone and Versa no longer will sync. I have read ALL the things to do. I have done them multiple times.  Ultimately,  I end up having to turn fitbit and phone off and start the whole pairing process all over again. Everything will work for a day or 2, and then get unpaired again. This is ALL THE TIME. Apple watches don't do this. Garmins don't do this! This should not be happening every other day! Fix this problem! What is the purpose of having a Premium level subscription if the features never work?!?!

Hi @jferrue - Fitbit released a new V4 Fitbit App in September 2023 and this losing sync seems to be an unresolved feature which affects many users. There is no fix and your solution is the temporary one.
