Anyone having issues with the display looking like old time tv static? I’ve rebooted, changed clocks, contacted customer service and still have the same problem.
My Fitbit is still under warranty and the rep sent me an email that contains a shipping label. Bottom line, even though I’m under warranty they won’t ship a new device until they receive my current one. Somehow, that doesn’t seem right. Particularly since the new one will ship 8-10 days after they receive my old one. 😳

Hi @CGVan it's pretty much standard policy now to receive the requested old unit before shipping out the replacement. When it gets to the warehouse, they make sure the correct items have been sent. They will send you an email when the new one is on the way. Set it up as a replacement on an existing account to continue your history.
