On wrist-calls on Versa 3 not working

Hi, I have tried everything to get my versa to pick up calls.. everything installed properly, the versa controls are paired and working. I rebooted Fitbit, watch and phone. I paired and unpaired, I have set the notifications.. I did everything, but I still get the error as in the picture. I have done 3 factory resets and uninstalled and installed Fitbit app.  I have a Google pixel 7 pro.  Everything else works fine. I upgraded from versa lite to versa 3 for this exact feature:(

Any help would be great
