Hello

I have a OnePlus 5T phone, running latest android phone os

I have just purchased an FitBit Versa Lite installed the fitbit app for android and it won't sync with my OnePlus 5T phone

for example if I try to install the sleep app I get the error, "sleep stages require a fitbit device with a heart rate sensor" when I try to install any app's and it's driving me crazy

My phone is not on the list of approved phones, but I have found conflicting reports, where some say it work's and others that it doesn't.

 

Am I missing something simple in setting up my phone here ?


Does anyone have a solution to get the fitbit working on my phone

forgot to mention the watch is stuck on the download the fitbit app screen ?
