Is there a way the Fitbit software could be updated to have the option as to disable BMR tracking. I purchased a Versa in order to track calories lost during exercise/activity not for sedentary times. Thank you.

I think this is interesting idea. I took the liberty and searched for a request like this but didn't find any. Feel free to visit our feature suggestion board and share your opinions. Also, keep in mind that the Versa have the option to turn off the heart rate, you can turn it off when you don't need it.
