Hi the left button on my versa isn’t working and the screen is stuck on the output/source purple screen. I can’t reset so not quite sure what else I can do

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please send me a picture of what your Versa is displaying? Did you try the restart process using your Versa's buttons to no avail?
