P20 Pro not syncing

My Versa has not been able to sync to my p20 pro since 9th May 2019. I feel like this is becoming a waste of money for me as there is regular times that my fitbit does not sync with my phone. When will this be patched? I am losing data because nothing will sync.

Same, just same here. I just don't understand why they can't fix this problem
