How do I take off pass code on fitbit versa? It was Set up as I attempt to set my card up to use to pay but didnt work in the end but the pass code is still on!

Hi, @LauraDavis, if you have removed the card completely you should be able to do this in the app.  Go to your app, choose Versa and then Device lock.

 

To remove the card you will need to go to the wallet app and choose Remove card.

 

Have you tried this?  Alternatively would you like some help on getting your card to work?
