Hi @sophiemulvaney, welcome to the community.
I've seen this issue before and experienced it once myself. I was able to fix it by going into the fitbit app and removing the device from my account, then selecting set up new device (you may also need to go into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair the Versa from there too).
