Recently I checked the compatible phone list and I am sure the Pixel 3 XL was there but now it is gone. Can anyone confirm if they have a pixel 3 working with a versa, how about a charge 3? While I am at it anything on Samsung S 10 plus?

@SunsetRunner It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, I just reviewed the page that lists the compatible devices and the Pixel 3 XL is listed. Please check out the list here.

 

The Samsung S10 plus is not in the list. Therefore, we don't guarantee that Fitbit trackers will work properly.

Is there a time frame for getting the S10 added for comparability. I would think this would be a benefit to both customers and fitbit since the S10 is the top selling phone right now. I have already added this to suggestions for updates.

The list given does not appear to be accurate for example the Huawei p20 lite is in there but people are having problems and have been told that lite phones won't work . Also the other list of devises in Fitbit.com/devices does not show it or the standard p20 which is on the list of compatible phones so very contradictory.
