Have the photo clock face but it wont change the photo..the app keeps stop working and closes

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this situation to us. Please note that the "Photo" clock-face was not developed by Fitbit, which means we can't provide support for it. My best recommendation at this moment is to contact its developer so they can take a better look at this situation and resolve any bug that might be affecting it. To contact the developer tap on Account > Versa > Clock-faces > Photo clock-face and scroll down until you see a link to "contact developer".
In the meantime, please use a different clock-face and let us know if the issue persists.
