Hello. I would like to ask to the device Pixel 3 XL to be added on the supported device's list. I've been having syncing problems a lot and can't enjoy my watch. Thank you.

Hi, according to this site: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1, your device is supported. Regarding syncing problems, see this article about syncing problems.

How can you say that it's supported. The pixel 3 is NOT in the list of supported devices. I just looked. However, it is in the list you cited. There appear to be 2 lists that can be accessed to test compatibility. If the Pixel 3 is supported, I would expect much better sync performance. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have been out for several months and are pure android 9. There is no excuse for the Pixel 3 to not be supported by now. I have periodic sync issues myself. Some days it syncs immediately,to my Pixel 3 other days it doen't sync at all. There is no rhyme or reason for this. Fitbit devices have always had a history of sync problems. Don't you agree that it's time for fitbit to hire software staff that is more accomplished in developing software for bluetooth? I've personally had quite a large number of bluetooth devices .... none have ever had the syncing problems that fitbit has. Perhaps fitbit should pay the going wage for bluetooth programmers.

Hi, have you clicked on the link provided in my message and thereafter on Android Devices? It clearly shows you the Google Pixel 3XL as a supported device.

I just did and if you read my post I acknowledged the fact. However, check http://www.fitbit.com/devices. which is what Alexanderfitbit and others usually reference for checking sync issues. The site above does not include the Pixel 3. Having multiple ... find one you like ... compatibility lists is unprofessional and displays a sense of disorganiztion. I'm often annoyed by software from fitbit and their disorganized documentation. I suffer through their relative incompetence since I have years of history in this system and I'm too old to start generating a new history. I do have to say that there is another company with a history of poor software performance ***** whose wemo devices also have connection problems.

Hi, the list I posted in my message it much more actual than the one form Fitbit itself, therefore I posted this link, which is also from Fitbit. For one or another reason this site is more up to date. Hop this solves the confusion.
