I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 phone paired with my Plantronics Backbeat bluetooth head phones.  Previously I had the Alta Hr FB.  I loved the Alta but upgraded to the Versa to running stats.  I paired the versa to my phone.  I kept the headset just paired to my phone to listen to Audible.  Once I start an exercise run on the versa the headset disconnects every 5 mins.  I have to turn off and on the headset to keep listening.  This never happened with the Alta.  Only thing that changed was upgrading to the Versa.  Considering a return I am so frustrated.

Hey @Adrienneann01, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your  Plantronics Backbeat seems to be disconnecting so often, I suggest you the following: 

 

- Restart your Versa

- Un-pair and re-pair your Plantronics Backbeat 

-  Try putting your watch on the other wrist (preferably the same side as the receiver on the headphones)
