When I received my Fitbit Versa the battery easily lasted 3-4 days. A month later it barely lasts a day. Pretty disappointed with that. Went through several steps with Fitbit support to verify the battery is bad. After reading the horror stories of having to mail the old one back and wait up to 5 weeks for a replacement, I was not looking forward to going through it. Surprisingly Fitbit told me they'd ship a new one out and it would only take 5-7 days. They also told me there was no need to mail the defective one back, just to recycle it. That's the customer service I expect! I've already received confirmation that my replacement has shipped.

Happy for you. I had the OPPOSITE experience. Like you, my first Versa battery lasted 3-4 days, then 1 day, then it wouldn’t turn on at all.
I was told I had to mail mine back, which I did, and then it would be 4-5 weeks for a replacement. “Replacement” was delivered today.
I had 2 small envelopes in my mailbox today.

My Versa died yesterday and they told me to send it back but now I am concerned after reading all the posts about poor service and length of replacement. I hope I get service like yours!
