Please help! Versa wont sync

I just bought a fit bit versa and Ive downloaded the app to sync the versa ro my phone. It was poping up a red x then it would go back to syncing. Now it is not poping up on the watch that it is syncing only on my phone but the bar is not moving. Ive tried re download the app and restarting my phone but nothing is working. Just really want to start using my new watch!

Is your phone on the supported list? If its not that could be why.

You can set it up on the computer in the mean time
