I got my versa a week ago, I love it but I hate that it doesn't sync to my phone when I open the app. I still open the app and everytime I have to restart bluetooth. I'm in challenges and have lost steps cause it won't sync for days. Please help

I am having the same issue on an iPhone 6S. I tried the process outlined in other help forums (below) which made the blue progress bar get further in syncing but it still won't fully sync. Fitbit shows some of my data from today (steps, floors, miles, cals) but doesn't update my battery percentage (it's at 85% on my Versa but is showing low battery on the iPhone app), show minutes exercised, SmartTrack my walk, or update my Workweek Hustle challenge with my step count. Here's what I already tried:
From reading other forums, I also removed all other non-Fitbit Bluetooth devices that were paired with my iPhone, turned off Bluetooth on my laptop, and removed my Fitbit Flex device from my iPhone app (which is the previous Fitbit I was using before I got the Versa last weekend).

Glad to know I wasn't the only one either :). Hopefully there will be an easy fix!

And I also tried restarting my Versa. Sorry so many additional replies - I think that's the last thing I tried!
