Problem with Versa Screen

When I turn on my Versa, the screen is heavily pixelated and then lines run through the screen and the screen freezes and becomes bands of color. Then the display only takes up the top half of the screen. It is fully charged and has been restarted 5+ times.

 

I've had so much trouble with this Versa. I'd rather go back to a simpler Fitbit.

 

How do I fix this???
