Since August i have problems with recieving notifications on my versa. In the app of says that i have to turn my phone off and on but it doesn't work. I deleted the app and tried again and is works for 3 days and then its lost again.. i dont know what tot do anymore.. i have a one plus 5t, and a versa 1.

The One Plus 5T is not on the list of Approved Devices.
