A couple days after the update the screen went black. Then faint lines appeared. I tried to reset and left it for a day. It  then worked  for a couple of days. Now back to black screen with random faint lines but it still tracks steps as I  can view on my phone.  Tried to reset and switch clock face. It is only 2 years old but I am starting to think that is the duration of a  fitbit. Please advise!
